I operate in a first come, first serve basis.

I have the right to refuse a commission without giving a reason.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission for rude / inappropriate behavior or violation of TOS. As a result, you will be blacklisted and no refund will be given.

I reserve the right to display commission work on my social media, portfolio and more unless stated otherwise. (If you want to be tagged, please let me know in advance, or else the name is blank.)

All commissions will be used for personal use unless stated otherwise; (Commercial fee is +75% of the base price)

Posting the commission on social media with proper credit is a must.

Please provide clear visual descriptions; vague descriptions will take longer and may be difficult on both ends.

I will not give out commissions without my signature or watermark.

Do not claim my art as your own or altering the artwork without my consent.

Do not reproduce without my consent or notice beforehand. (NFTs, tracing, reselling is an automatic no. Merch can be negotiated, with the idea of it being an original design from you.)

Do not feed my art in any AI software and the likes.

The terms of service may change at any hour, so be sure to recheck them.

Payments will be accepted via PayPal or GCash. (in USD or PHP)

Full payment is made after the sketch is approved.

You may not cancel or refund once the sketch is approved.

Complex character designs will require extra payment.

If payment hasn't been received within 72 hours with no further information from you, I have the right to cancel the commission.

Commissions may take 1-2 months to complete. Rush orders will require additional fees.

You have the right to ask about the commission's progress.

Will be providing WIP every stage (sketch/lineart/flats) or whenever you ask for updates.

Once the commission is finished, it will be sent either via Discord and/or Email. (Please state whichever your prefer)

Maximum of 5 revisions, free of charge, any more than that will have to pay +$2 per revision.

Revisions of small details (or things I forgot) will not require any fees.

Final results will be sent in PNG format.

You can post the commission on social media and/or use it as an icon with proper credits.

Commercial use has a fee of +75% of the base price. Using it as merch and selling it will be 3 times the amount of the original price of the commission.

Do not use the sketch or any WIP, approved or not, outside the commission.

You may not remove my watermark.

You cannot claim my art as your own.

Will not be accepting refunds. Please check everything before making the payment.

If the commissioner wants to cancel the commission, please do it before the payment.

Type of drawing you want (ex. head-shot, fully rendered, etc.)

References (pictures and/or description) of what you want drawn

Personality/Lore (not necessary) if you want a detailed background

Additional info (ex. a certain expression or pose you would like etc.)
